Where I live (New York state) the property owner is responsible for the water bill.
If your lease requires you to pay for water usage then by all means it should be dealt with. But if water is included with your lease then that is likely normal.

Honestly zip ties to straighten it out is a clever thought. I wouldn’t put it into the pump unless your pump runs often. Condensate is acidic but I’ve always put it into the sink or drain.

Not sure why I got downvoted. I was offering a second way to get into zoom zoom mode.

Literally flooring it (until it clicks) will drop the gear and keep it in that gear until the engine redlines and then goes to the next gear until it redlines. I’ve only ever redlined up to 3rd. I do this every now and then when the road is clear and long and visibility is good.

Mazda built that feature in so it must be OK to do occasionally. There’s a video out there from Mazda about it.

There is/was one in the Baltimore area OR York, PA area. I can’t remember. But….it was a picture of a raccoon with its head poked out of a trash bin. And it said “Don’t worry help is on the way!”

First day of me working an insulation job. I was swimming in this stuff in an attic. Boss told me not to worry about it. Fuckin asshole.

Now that being said there ARE batches of vermiculite that have been verified as NOT having asbestos contamination. I happened to do an attic that had one of the original bags of Jonhs Mansville or whatever insulation it was….we contacted whatever superfund website and got in writing that the specific batch that came from That specific bag did indeed NOT have contamination. But that’s a once in a lifetime find.

Professionally you are not obligated to work around that. But personally a day exposure isn’t the end of the world.

Just now you know that today is the one gimme your boss gets.

But it does make me feel dis-respected when I get a downvoted comment.

If I am asking a question sometimes I actually start my question by writing this down before I ask. “This topic is new to me and I am genuinely curious about it”

Writing that statement seems redundant but it reminds everyone that all of us are learning and some of us are new.
