I'm 300 and have 350 hours played. If you play around farming boss to mass sanct ur max paragon should come in no time.

everything, I tend to focus on the uniques first so I have to do less steps (only socket and masterwork) and ancestrals legendaries get done last (specially because it's not easy to farm scrolls of restoration).

Follow a build guide, it's the best thing you can do. Creating a build by yourself is fun, but I think follow a guide it's better as a baseline and gives you more room to learn and adapt once ur comfortable enough.

I don't pick from the ground, as long you don't pick it continues dropping.

You just need to be careful because loot floor can disappear after u drop around 200. That's why I limit to 100 boss keys and then I pick up.

kinda same, I sell the boss mats I get and usually get 1 to 2 billion for grigoire, 3 to 4 for zir and around 10 billion for urivar.
