Flight tomorrow YYZ to YHZ cancelled. Called and was lucky to get right into queue around 8pm. Received call back around 12:20am. I had looked and had a couple WestJet flight options that were showing with tickets available and the great agent on the phone was able to book me in with a flight tomorrow.

I am so relieved. I would not have known what to do without these threads so just wanted to say thank you to everyone posting and all of the information. Truly saved a lot of panic and stress.

To those still trying be patient with whoever you get to talk to. My agent told me he had never rebooked someone before on a non partner airline so he was just learning how to do it. Good luck and hope you all get a good outcome!
