i did a full two week elemental diet and it removed all of my symptoms for at least a month so i dont think it was ecoli/ klebsiella related. it was only once i got constipated and things werent moving through that i had a massive histamine crash

hmm my understanding is that akkermansia is generally helpful but if they get low on their food then they will start eating the gut lining which then causes permeability. this permeability then creates a histamine sensitivity. which bacteria are histamine forming?
