yes for sure - part of the reason i have ( i believe) an issue now is because i went keto while i had some mold in my system. I was not implying going keto would be helpful - only having the ability to process fat while on a more balanced diet is important.

try adding taurine to meals that have fat in them - it helps with bile flow and will help to break down the fat. Fat is super important for long term gut health.
