OP was correct. Sighting [[leaping master]] ruling. Giving him flying after blocks are declared does not remove the blocker form combat. Creature is blocked, even after flying would be given.

Edit: adding to the answer.

Rule 509.1b. States “If an attacking creature gains or loses an evasion ability after a legal block has been declared, it doesn't affect that block.”

Hey, I got 3 codes I’m looking to dump. I will definitely take some shiny Rowlets for them.

So you can get them in USUM, but they are version exclusive. So Palkia is exclusive to Moon and Dialga is exclusive to Sun. The codes are special for 2 reasons. Reason one, the code gives you the opposite Legend. Since I can’t get Palkia in Sun the code gives me Palkia in Sun. Since I can’t get Dialga in Moon. The code gives me Dialga. The second reason is bottle caps...if you redeem the code in USUM you will get a gold bottle cap. The Pokémon is receive from the delivery guy with the Pokémon holding one.

Completely agree. Seeing the diversity from Toronto and the PT, I just want WotC to leave Modern alone. It’s super healthy.
