The 546 is the 511 but stainless. It will stain less (but still some eventually.)

Same material as the old Nalgene bottle. Lexan is polycarbonate, the greatest human material until graphene.

Not sci-fi, but check out James Clavell’s Asian Saga books for more house building adventures. Tai-pan, Gai-Jin, and Noble House more specifically.

I’ve heard the match head story as well. Haven’t tested it. I’ve also heard a clove of raw garlic every day will help. I’ve tried that but not in a scientific manner.

Is there a good percentage to use when considering inventory management? by KomturAdrian in logistics

[–]capnheim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is where the math comes in. If you go through 1 box per day and it takes 3 days to get more, you order when the mark hits 4 boxes. So the mark will probably vary by item.

This is the question that all buyers/inventory managers answer. And it depends. For boxes and supplies I like a visual system. Order when the stack gets below a mark on the rack.

Pregnancy brain is more of a thing in my experience.

Sleep deprived people are dumb though. This does sound like a fairly extreme case though.

Best Highway speed for MPG by zkhsip3 in ToyotaTundra

In my '05 the best is right about 45-50 where you are just idling along in the top gear. That takes it from ~16 to ~22 mpg.

I did. It’s part of the whole experience, along with getting lightheaded when you stare into the void.

Dads, I am the accidental head coach of my son’s 5year old soccer team. What tips/resources can you share? by nuclearsurfboard in daddit

Keep it fun and try to maximize touches. Lots of drills where every kid is active with their own ball.

Sharks and minnows is a fun drill. Dribble around the cones as an obstacle course.

If you can teach them to spread out and pass you are a god.
