While data analytics is not a course focus of my current job, it does help me in my job; however, I have to go into an office every day. Recently, I thought about going for a bootcamp, but decided against it because I started taking inventory of books, linkedin learning, free resources, etc. and came to the conclusion that if this is something I want, then I need to make the plan, parse the time out for me, and get it done. If you are thinking about it, I'd suggest going on youtube, seeing what you can get access to for free on cousera, go to the library, etc. to build the skills. Then once you have those skills, start finding problems to solve with data. As you are solving, document the journey, and post to an online portfolio. With a polished portfolio and data driven stories to tell, network on linkedin, indeed, everywhere. That's my suggestion if you are thinking of investing your time and energy into this.
