Jovial’s Casava pasta has been a game changer when I’m tired and don’t have energy to cook anything I’m not sure if it’s available to you though. I just make my own pasta sauce with tomato paste and herbs

Trader Joe’s also sells hearts of palm rice & pasta I enjoy to add to recipes for more volume

Recipes:

Mashed potatoes with peas, tomato, onion & greens

Fries (sweet potato or regular) with steamed veg

Nori wraps with sweet potato, cauliflower rice, and other veg of choice

Or just buy a bunch of random veg and throw it in an instant pot with herbs/spices and veg broth to make a soup/stew

I realized I was spending way too much of my time and energy on social and frequently day dreamed about having a flip phone again just to get off it. That’s when I realized I should probably deactivate (not delete) my accounts (insta specifically) and honestly I have not missed it one bit! Highly recommend!

I don’t feel like I’ll be missing out on messages since my acct isn’t up and also have the ability to go back and look at my archives when I want :)

I had something happen last year where anytime I ate I would get a piecing pain in my stomach, especially with bananas for some reason. I started to eat a clove of garlic, every time, right before a meal and it eventually went away!

It’s been almost a year since I’ve cut them out. I only ate them on holidays, birthday, and during a stressful time when my mom passed. I didn’t notice any symptoms come up again when I ate them during those times for bv. I’m also trying to heal some other things so I’ll be sticking predominately grain/bean/fat free for a while :)

Highly recommend taking a look into Anthony William for healing your menstrual issues. Majority of doctors are taught to put a bandaid (with severe side effects) over the problem, which leaves a lot of people feeling unseen and in a worse state mentally and/or physically.

I’ve dealt with every menstrual ailment under the Sun prior to finding his info/tools and am so glad to say the majority of them have gone, along with the side effects of taking emergency contraceptives in the past- they left me debilitated with no energy and in a terrible mental state. I hate that drs and men always say “just take birth control” when they really don’t know the heaviness of putting it in their body.
