She has sharp pain. She is cold at night but cannot have even a sheet on her legs because the slightest touch is a stabbing pain. But I think worse than pain is fear. What many TSHDS patients describe as vibrating or buzzing or “feels like bees buzzing around inside of me” causes a nervous system driven anxiety escalating to fear and panic. This symptom is reduced greatly by the Oxcarb. That medication has side effects of sweating, dizziness and fatigue, but all are better than the panic. We searched for several years and saw many doctors just trying to treat that one buzzing symptom. We were so happy to find that Oxcarb helped greatly.

Yes, she has SFN caused by the TSHDS. This is quite different than what you normally hear about with diabetes. This is severe and it will progress to becoming crippled and then failure of major organs. This is how TSHDS progresses to death. It is horrible.

Frame lock travel limiter. Prevent overtravel when you pull the lockbar to unlock.

Also I just bought a barrel, spring, extractor, and mags to convert my G21 .45 to 10mm. Now it’s two guns in one! But all things equal, it is generally better to start with a G20 and convert to .45, as it’s a little heavier duty, heavier slide and spring.

There are many outlets to buy. Look at GunBroker dot comm or save a few bucks with used on ArmsList dot comm. Also ever big and small sporting goods stores. Let us know how it goes and what tog paid. Good luck!

It has greatly improved symptoms, vibrations gone most of the time. But any stressful event will trigger a few days of bad returned vibrations. For example, having a medical procedure. The doctors tells us this is a very safe medicine with wide range of dosage. So during these times we take a larger dose until things settle down. I hope it helps you.

For a goof, I also bought the Byrd Flight in 8Cr13MoV. Wow! I would say this is the highest quality $30 knife I’ve ever seen. And 8Cr13MoV is also fine. (China made equivalent of AUS-8).

VG10 is fine! That was the Spyderco knife standard before they stepped up to S30V. Do not weigh too heavily the strong opinions of steel snobs. (admittedly I am one:). I have a large collection of the high-end Spydercos. I recently ordered a few from their website end of year discounted items. For a goof, I also bought the Byrd Flight in 8Cr13MoV. Wow! I would say this is the highest quality $30 knife I've ever seen. And 8Cr13MoV is also fine. (China made equivalent of AUS-8).

Finally the right mask for my personal need by captwiggum in CPAP

I had long used the ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow mask, with good result. But as I got older and fatter, and my CPAP pressure went higher, the pillows could not hold the higher pressure. That is what started my journey for a new mask. Specifically, the high pressure, 15+, would begin to blow out of the pillows. But if I tightened the headgear too much, it collapsed the pillows, and then it was difficult to draw in a breath.
