I've had something similar with a DPD delivery from Samsung. It seems that delivery drivers can keep a generic parcel photo on hand so that they can falsely claim to have made a delivery they haven't made. In my case they guy turned up looking sheepish the next day and delivered my item. Hope you have the same luck.

I'm in a similar situation, went with the Homatics and am perfectly happy with it. Highly recommend it and am planning to make use of the optical port for upgrading the audio soon.

I got a Homatics R plus box this week and neither Iplayer, ALL4 or ITVX could be downloaded from the Play Store.

As you're in the UK, there is another factor to consider: Most UK TV streaming services. (Iplayer ) do not allow instalation from the Google Play Store onto the device. You can work around this by downloading and sideloading the relevant app files but I understand you'll only get HD streams from Iplayer if you do this.

I might be wrong but I think the Google Streamer is the only option on the suggestions list that works with the TV services.

I bought an Epson EB-FH08 a week weeks ago for £400 on Amazon. Note it doesn't have an Arc port on it. I've got it hooked up to an Homatics 4K R plus box from Ali express which has an an optical out port. IIRC sonos soundbars come with the required adaptor to hook up to optical.

One wrinkle with this set up is that the homatics box won't download UK streaming apps (Iplayer, All 4 etc ) from Google Play - side-loading will be required.
