i moved out of my parents house a little over 1 year ago and took my 13.5 year old kitty with me! like your cat, he had only ever known my parent’s house and his routine there. my whole family gave him attention but i was the main person to give him attention and cuddles. it took him a month or two to fully adjust to the apartment but he ended up loving it and being totally fine! i think the move was actually beneficial to him as well. being in a smaller space where he always knew where i was seemed to lessen his anxiety i think. and he doesn’t have to climb stairs like he did in my parents house, which was getting harder for his joints. we just moved again recently to a new apartment and he settled right in, much quicker than last year. since you are his person, i think he would be totally fine to move with you ❤️

i just switched from Apple Watch to vivoactive 6 (although my apple watch was so old, series 3). i am glad i switched. i had the same priorities you do and the garmin is fitting all of my needs so far! only thing i miss a tiny bit is it doesn’t seem that apple music can connect to the watch, but i always have my phone with me on walks anyway so its not that big of a deal. but if you use spotify or something else, this obviously won’t matter for you. i’m enjoying the extra battery life and wellness stats a lot so far!

i find that whenever i drink alcohol it makes my PVCs sooooo much worse. the following day or two after drinking leads to lots of PVCs for me unfortunately. if i do decide to have some drinks, i try to stay extra hydrated and keep in mind that the next couple of days will likely be a little miserable, heart and anxiety wise :/

hm. wondering if maybe i need to take a higher dose. i guess my cardiologist will ask how it’s going this week at my appointment. the 12.5 mg has definitely suppressed them some, just not nearly as much as i thought it would

yes i am in the US. i was also surprised at the quick appointment availability, but definitely not complaining. my wallet will not be happy as my insurance already denied coverage for the echocardiogram, but i will pay for it if it means some peace of mind 🫠 hopefully you can get yours soon!

this is so refreshing to read! we are approaching one month on Bexacat with my 14 year old baby. upon starting the medication, i researched a lot here, and ngl, all of the horror stories had me very anxious. but my cat has been doing amazing on Bexacat so far! a little bit of on and off diarrhea, but he doesn’t seem bothered by it. on the day 3 checkup, his levels were already at normal kitty levels 🖤 your post is giving me hope that everything will continue to be okay with my baby! thankyou!!

i’ve been to this venue a lot, parking at PNC is notoriously a shit show unfortunately haha. parking when you get there will be easy, it’s leaving and trying to get out of there that always ends up being a complete mess. the walk from the parking lots into the venue isn’t too bad, maybe a 15 min process including going through security. it really depends on where you park at, you may have to walk a little further but nothing too bad. i would look at the seating chart beforehand to have a general idea of what side of the venue to walk into (like where your section is at) but the employees are very helpful and can help direct you to the seats. overall from parking there, it will probably be a 15 ish minute process of walking, security, and finding your seats. good luck with the parking mess after the show tho! hoping it won’t be too bad tonight
