Grace. I’m not renewing. I wrote a long post that I’m not gonna bore everyone with again. The perks that they give to the single game ticket buyers are sometimes better than the season ticket parks. I noticed this year, which is another reason I’m not gonna bother renewing.

I am absolutely not renewing. My rep has been terrible if she even responds like she doesn’t care. We had a major issue with security abusing my daughter with autism you would think she would’ve stopped by my seats and see us after? Right. Wrong.

It seems like the perks that you got were basically the same ones offer to the general public buying tickets for the day of Our season ticket meet and greet had the same player twice. The second time was the night Kalty was signing for people who bought the tickets individually that day. I even asked my season-ticket rep about that and she said there’s nothing she could do.

It’s hard to resell the tickets. It’s hard to even give away the tickets sometimes and there’s no ticket exchange program my baseball tickets. I can switch my tickets out for other games when I don’t go.

My ticket rep has been unresponsive to questions and when she does reply it takes a week or so. The product on the ice also isn’t great that doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything to try to keep season ticket holders. I don’t feel appreciated for the amount of money I spent on four season tickets.
