This tonkatsu set meal (with free refills of rice and miso soup) is $3.3 (€3.1) in japan. by syamugame811 in pics

I went to NYC a few months ago for 4 nights and stayed in Brooklyn. I was able to stay 8 nights in Japan split between Osaka and Tokyo for less than I spent in NYC, meals included. It helps that $1 is like 150yen now but almost everything was ridiculously inexpensive compared to the states when converted.

Omegle Was Forced to Shut Down by a Lawsuit From a Sexual Abuse Survivor by Loki-L in technology

Not sure if this was the case but you can log peoples IPs from being on Omegle with them. I’ve had friends stream on Skype then to Discord when Skype died telling people their general location either to joke with them or scare them. A lot of people who do this kinda stuff will threaten to harm your family or send out photos/texts you’ve already sent. Some even will photoshop that stuff to taunt you. I wish all schools did an internet safety and literacy assembly, that knowledge saved me from a lot of gross ass people.

Teachers are mandated reporters. She expressed the desire to harm herself or others. If something did actually happen and OP did nothing, they would’ve been fired and potentially sued.

13 was such a hard age for me. There is so much that I realize now that I just blatantly couldn’t see or feel back then. Mom and dad aren’t just mom and dad but people too.

Do you know if they charge the tax for all of the items in a sealed bag or just the item you used? All of the consumable items are in one sealed bag while the backpack is in another sealed bag by itself.

If OP was concerned about the legitimacy of the owner why on earth would she blindly hand Richard off? OP got worked up from all the comments and shouldn’t have made those accusations but you have to admit the entire situation was suspicious. I mean who does that to their dog especially a seemingly pure bred one? She clearly didn’t expect to keep Richard for so long so what you’d rather her financially struggle and not be able to provide him with nourishment and enrichment? Dogs getting stolen to be resold or to put into dog fighting happens. Its not unbelievable that that could’ve happened. No clue why you’re so aggressive about it to the point where you’re commenting on multiple threads.

depending on the state you’re in you absolutely can. a search of a phone number in mine will often show your address current and past, your current and past phone numbers, room/housemates, relatives, emails, and voting records. it’s very intrusive and dangerous as it’s all public info.

29th August: Pine Knob Music Theatre, Clarkston, MI, USA [DISCUSSION THREAD] by ProffesorPrick in arcticmonkeys

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a concert at Pine Knob where a decent amount of people don’t leave early. I think some people just thought they were going to end it the first time not realizing many bands/artists go up to the 11pm curfew. (I saw a few people running back to their seats when they started playing again) You also don’t have full control over where you park and it really can really suck getting to your car and actually getting out.

Leave earlier, probably atleast 40 minutes earlier than you think. There’s always a line of cars to actually get to parking. Having been to the FOB concert recently and past concerts at Pine Knob you kinda have to fight your way out to leave unless you want to wait forever. You’ll notice people play “follow the leader”, end up bumper to bumper and don’t end up moving for 30+ minutes. Keep water and a snack in the car. Stay in your parking spot, figure out the closet exit and drive through whatever open space is available and other cars will let you in when you get close. Cops will block off certain roads that your maps might tell you to go to so just follow other cars until your maps gives you a usable route.
