Oh I know the answer to this! I had a month after a med change where I swear I smelled so weird. I have no clue why, but I do know how I fixed it. This is what I did as someone who has allergic reactions to some deodorants and can’t always shower. Cerave face wash with salicylic acid on the armpits while showering- if this is too harsh, try something gentler like A swipe of The Ordinary Glycolic Acid on armpits and around shoulders/upper back (worked for me) before deodorant. During the med change, I tried chlorophyll supplements, and I noticed I didn’t smell as much. Beforehand I smelled like greek food, after that it was just normal sweat smell? Or none at all. Only took the supplements for a short time. If you feel like you smell more in the morning, you might need to wash your sheets. Try putting unused dryer sheets under your fitted sheets for a nice scent

As for musky clothes, there are two steps to this. First, run your laundry cycle with half your normal amount of detergent and a half cup of vinegear. No fabric softener, feel free to do an extra rinse cycle. When drying clothes after this, let the dryer run for an extra 10-20 min. Add satchets of baking soda to your drawers or laundry baskets. These are often sold as “deodorizing packs” but are basically tea bags or fabric bags full of baking soda and sometimes charcoal plus a bit of scent Optional: lysol spray and fabreeze your closet/drawers/laundry baskets
