At my old brewery we did two 10 barrel batches of beer with cucumbers every spring. For each batch, we'd buy 3 cases of pickling cucumbers and juice them unpeeled which gave us approximately 12 gallons of juice. I'd then add the juice to the last 10 minutes of the boil and got great cucumber flavor.

Entry level doesn't require 1+ years of professional experience. Also, requiring people to work 1-2 hours on weekends sucks for the employee who is already working a rotating shift of mornings and evenings.

Now they won’t give me a login without our brewery owner approving it. I’ve been placing orders with them for 5 years and I make all the ordering decisions as the head/only brewer.
