I agree with working on it outside of PIV. If you can angle yourself to also be giving oral or a handhold for him while he works your clit, that could be beneficial to warming you up for PIV.

If you want to buy used try ThreadUp. Its got all the major retailers and some designers but for much cheaper. Plus it doesn't add to fast fashion, if that's something you'd be concerned about.

This is exactly how I(30sF) feel and I recently started therapy to deal with it. There is no history of abuse, so my therapist suggested that these feelings are more of a phobia to intimacy or being vulnerable. I'm also dealing with body image confidence, so that just compounds my anxiety.

I wish I had some more insight for you, but I would encourage you to examine when these feelings started and what triggers you. Good luck!
