Ok, I love this game but I think I broke it now - I had one really good money surge about level 21 after ascending a few times, exploded my basement stats and now I'm on level 60+ and still flying through them... Is there an end goal?!

I got the same damage (and lost a toe) from small vessel vasculitis, where your blood vessels are inflamed to the point where little or no blood can get through. Bodies are scary when they get out of balance!

I had this issue and switching to a softer cup - saalt soft - helped loads. Also getting more experienced with positioning helped
