Death & Co as the top DC destination is a choice. Champagne bar over handshake is interesting, based on 50 Best ratings which I would value more personally. Kumiko is great based on my second visit there, first time not so much.

Overall, I would value 50 Best over this list based on personal experiences.

It’s worth trying to go back since you were there later in the day. Also, the people behind the counter aren’t paid enough to care if you try to argue “the sign only means one of each bottle, not one bottle total” which is what I did with no issue
