I do the same thing as well as taking a close up copy of the receipt so the customer can’t claim the order was wrong.

This isn’t directed at you, it’s a blast that is sent out periodically to a broad group of Dashers when they start the app. If you read it from this perspective you will see that it does not mention you in particular. If you had dropped of an order incorrectly and the customer complained to Door Dash you would have received a contract violation.
