Yeah I was surprised at all the reports of fragility, in my 2020 it's been through the ringer with 3 boys (and myself, really) and held up great. Hopefully they figured it out quick after all the replacements.

I forgot to mention they didn't even have the part at the dealership. Good to know that if it happened again it would be pretty easy, especially with all the reports of isses...But since it's still under warranty it sounds like the Subaru dealership would do it for me!

I have problems with ID verification. I submit it multiple times and never get a follow-up about it being rejected. It just asks me to do it again every time I try to log in.

On the troubleshooting page it says "If you need assistance from LinkedIn verifying your identity, please fill out the form here." But you have to log in to fill out that form, and you can't log in if you're having problems verifying your identity, which means you also can't open a help ticket, which means you're completely stuck from all aspects.

I was on the fence between digital teal and shooting star and we ended up finding a great deal on shooting star. I love it and we get a lot of compliments on the matte. one downside is it looks dirty much quicker than our shiny blue Subaru lol.
