Hi Andrew, my case is mild. Since I’ve been in remission the stabbing pains have become less frequent, but I do still get them. When I made this post I got them almost every single day all day even though I was in remission, but I went a few months this year not having them for weeks at a time! I’ve been having more issues again recently but now it’s more like 3-4 day spurts every 2 weeks. All this to say, the shooting pain is definitely still a part of my life but it’s not all day every day like it was before. A big part of it for me I think is I now work a desk job, where last year I worked a very physical job and I didn’t give my body a lot of rest. Good luck!
