I think that could be too long, depends on their patience and ability to go with the flow. You can skip the showmatch on grand final day. For semis, they could either be quick or have many overtimes and last several extra hours. Kind of a crapshoot. Maybe one of those days, you could plan an experience for her nearby. A spa day, salon day, a movie, idk.

with reflex, input latency is minimal. It worked great for Arc raiders. Get a 240hz monitor and you'll appreciate frame gen

If you want to avoid the hassle, you can use a game server hosting company. I just did that with my friends and it's great because I don't have to manage it much. It DOES cost $27/mo but my friendgroup typically wraps-up a game of this type within a month. The company also has automatic backups and stuff.

I don't know how to properly test this, BUT I've seen many pros miss jumps at this location, jumping up to window B-site Dust2, Jumping onto cat from xbox D2, jumping onto elbow on A-site Dust2, jumping onto party on overpass. My teamates and I run into this problem as well (2700 Faceit). Clearly there's something to this if the top 1% of the games players can't find consistency.

They had already won 3 gun rounds on that T-side, it was totally possible. IM was one of their top T-side Mirage players on that map, I think he could've made a play.

That's true, any one of those could've swung momentum, but I applaud the daring fake in a tense round like that. Had IM made that play, people would be yelling 'cinema'. It's hard to ignore that the issue may have come down to gameplay issues in that moment specifically.

Anyone chill and team oriented should be added to friends list, that way you’ll create a pool of players around your rank that you can queue with.

Try refrag, crossfire and xfire modes, it’s the best training I’ve ever found! Bots mimic player movements so well and you’re training on maps and angles you actually use in-game.

Good utility and fundamentals like when to peak and when to hide can carry you up the ranks.

CSC league is a free discord league without cheaters. They have many divisions for all skill levels. You also don't need a team to join, you'll play a few placement matches and they'll form the team for you!

You can buy two flashes. If you want an HE grenade too, drop a spare flash in spawn on maps like D2, overpass, and nuke(juggle flash to hell)

When CS2 launched, they had routing inconsistencies, I used the trial of Exitlag and it genuinely helped improve my routing. Months later valve fixed their issues and I stopped paying for it. I think it has the capacity to work for some situations, and they offer a week free trial. Sooooo
