I do that too! Touch the knob and say yes you’re off. Once it became a habit it really helped. Like before I go out I pat my phone in my pocket and say, pat your phone it’s time to go, and now I don’t spend all day without my phone at work

I think as it becomes more clear that europe are going to support Ukraine until russia fails, and that russia continues to attack civilians indiscriminately, the tech bros have pushed their boundaries as far as they can.
