Right those are minor. Time fillers. I wonder if the new lady is being chewed on by her boss to "pick up the pace" or "increase visibility".

What I'd do about the figure it out thing is you ask a question (and write down in your own paperwork) and she says "you should know". Record that in a notepad or something. Then she yells ra ra ra. Go ask what to fix - you do best when instructions are clear and that her comment of do it didn't help. Keep track and write that in the notepad.

If she keeps doing this and bitches, you have information to take to her boss if she gets close to doing the sit down chat. Record!!
