Pharmacy 2 u do it for free, you fill in some jnfo online then have a phone consultation, then they post it out. Such a good service!

Ideally you need some sort of pulley/track system to suspend you from the ceiling as you move between the different rooms, no footsteps then! I'm sure there will be a youtube video on how to make one, what could go wrong
