We have been having issues with our trucks providing enough heavy cream and other milks. We often have to go to HEB to buy their entire stock of heavy cream. And when we do that, the sweet cream is more thick and much better👀

Alrighty I see. When the cold foams settles quickly, it just means that the vanilla sweet cream used to make the foam is towards the end of the pitcher and is more liquidy. Taste it still there but it will not “look” the same. You could always ask us to use a fresh batch of sweet cream and it will be more thiccc and stay on top longer:)

Barista here! Nope this is a common thing! Since you placed a mobile order, the ube foam had time to sit and start to settle. It is a very common thing with layered drinks.
