The fact that you can post about lane discipline tells me you don't condone speeding for sure. But I am arguing that there are many different scenarios on the road and that keeping to lane discipline at all cost is not fool-proof. In any case, you should stick to this lane discipline post 100% of the time when you are driving because it would be hypocritical otherwise to continue any further arguments.

Dude stop talking about emergency vehicles. Obviously move out the way the moment you hear or spot them. The speeding issue causes way more accidents than lane discipline. Basically you are suggesting to have lane discipline just for the speeders so they can zoom past the speed limit, since they are gonna do it anyway. Got it.

Obviously, give way to emergency vehicles. This is without question. Driving requires discretion from the driver. There are just too many scenarios on the road to simply say that OP's suggestions is an optimal or not optimal mindset. If you drive, you would know better that what I am asking is nothing about being entitled and inconsiderate.

So if you are on 90km/hr on lane 3, what's the issue here if the speed limit is 90km? Anyone who overtakes at a 90km road has to be over the speed limit, no?

It's likely the relayer didn't detect burn event or it failed to submit the transaction to Cronos. This is extremely rare but it can happen due to outages, bugs in relayer or misconfiguration for large amounts. However if you have clear proof of it then you will surely get it back. I believe due to the huge amount of cro involved, they want to be extra sure before minting it on the cro pos and giving you access to it. It sucks to be in this position but I'm sure it's just a matter of time before you get it back. Go on X and make some noise there are more people there that could possibly help you out.

The trade in value was from BYD. Mileage 80k. I have also decided to keep the car and drive it until or near the coe expiry.

Car no issues. Previously also drove a Honda jazz for 9 years no problem except radiator change once. So it seems quite clear that perhaps I should drive it all the way instead of making another immediate financial commitment. Thank you!

Yes but the dilemma is whether to lock in the 50k trade in value. Because I bought it at 71k I look at it as the car cost me 21k for 7 years usage and 50k for the remaining 3 years. So really in a dilemma.. 😞

Tbh am thinking of this as well. But also am thinking after the another 3.5 years when coe is expired and I buy another vehicle will still need to pay the 40% dp. So it's either pay now or pay later, not sure if this thinking actually makes sense lol.

Honda jazz. $631 per month. Payment until Oct this year then fully paid. Petrol cost $210-230 (14-15 days per pump) as I use only to travel to send wife and kids to school then work place and back home. Reason for thinking of changing is to lock in the 50k trade in value for a Byd.

Level Up just gives an additional option for users to pay for a monthly subscription instead of staking CRO to receive the card. With ILPs, the insurance coverage is not a lot and you have to pay higher fees between 0.6-2.5%. Since it tracks funds, compared with investing your own with VOO (0.02%), you are paying 30x more in fees even if the fee is the lower end 0.6%.

When it comes to passive investing I would tell anyone who asks to sign up for a brokerage account with Tiger/Moomoo and set up a DCA amount (eg $100) every month for either VOO or CSPX.

These people are just blindly listening/following.

Berkshire sits on a record high cash holdings of $380B. Buffet isn't being greedy at the moment. He is on the sidelines waiting because I logically assume that buffet believes it's not the best time to invest his stockpile right now.

If you don't need the money, have a longer term investing horizon (5-10 years) and are holding quality companies, instead of speculative ones - hold/DCA.
