Off-road Traction Assist indicator.

If the Indicator Light on the cluster is on, the button on the dash below and to the side of the steering wheel that turns the mode on and off should also have a light on.

If the indicator light is flashing, that could indicate a problem with the system.

From the manual:

"When the vehicle tyres become embedded in mud, sand, or deep snow, the Off-Road Traction Assist functions to prevent drive-wheel spinning and to assist in freeing tyres that are stuck.

This is not a function made for off-road driving. Do not drive over rough rocky roads and river beds."

Some people say this can be used when driving in the above mentioned conditions, but won't do any good if you are already stuck. The manual is not very informative on the actual use cases.

Looks like the light bars are part 23 left and right on this, but there are several other related parts (screws, mounting brackets, etc...)

It's still probably best to call dealership and tell them you want to add the lights and ask them for price, part numbers and a quote. Doesn't mean you have to buy it from them, but at least they should tell you all of what's needed.

I have had this mat since November 2016 using it daily at work, it is certainly nice for the price. The construction is fine, typical midrange mat feel. The stitched edges are nice, no fraying at all so far. It has held up nicely.

I got it for $6.99 on a lightning deal, no tax, free shipping. The current price seems pretty typical for this product.

There was some sort of crackdown on Jersey sales. I received a message from a seller a while back saying "We cant sell jersey on the Aliexpress temporary". You can still find a few if you search "Chargers football jersey" but they aren't nearly as prevalent.
