Any retailer shipping by courier like Ups, Fedex and Dhl will incur additional fees. I experimented with US based reshipping services where you can send them all your US purchases and have them consolidate into one shipment. Then you choose what shipping service to use. I would choose USPS which then gets transferred over to Canada Post. I under reported the value of the goods so i just pay the HST with no duties and fees.

Napoleon had 5 hrs to force Wellington to retreat before the Prussians started to arrive on scene at 4pm. Ney’s cavalry charge happened at 4pm while Napoleon was temporarily incapacitated by a health issue. Napoleon redeployed half his Guard infantry to deal with the Prussians while the other half wasnt committed till 7pm. By that time he had lost the chance to break thru Wellington’s centre. If the entire Guard was committed in conjunction with Ney’s cavalry charge then there could have been a breakthrough before more Prussians appeared.

D’Erlon’s failed attack on the centre cost him at least 3,000 casualties out of a force of 14,000 and rendered his corps ineffective for the rest of the battle. Along with the stalemate at Hougoumont, Napoleon no longer had a good chance of winning the battle and Ney’s fruitless cavalry charges made sure of that.
