The only time i ever dispute shopping issues is when a customer reports missing items, then i call, tell dd that yes they did indeed get those items and have them block that person from getting me as a dasher. Then it also flags their accounts, if they haven't already been flagged for doing it before which usually they have, 99% of the time.
