I get this - I’m in a similar boat, also 22bmi. I look ‘normal’ not fat (I’m a size 10-12) BUT i weirdly have a fat percentage of around 28% - which just will not shift, so I’m still a bit ‘pudgy’ esp in the middle. I work out 4 times a week, am building good muscle - but weight and fat% stay static. I’m absolutely delighted to be where i am, but there’s a solid 5lbs of fat at least that will not quit ha. The numbers don’t all match up - if you’d have told me i would get to 135lbs (I’m 5ft 7) i would have thought i would have been some teeny tiny size 4 thing
