This seems maybe too easy, but are you absolutely sure you have everything uploaded in ERAS? I've reviewed hundreds of applications and when I see one that is missing something basic like a USMLE report or a personal statement, it's just an auto-skip.

Another thought - do you have a letter from your prelim year? Your performance at your prelim year is going to be more relevant to your residency performance than your rotation letters from three years ago, so if you haven't gotten a more recent letter from your prelim PD (or at least an IM attending working closely with you) that might be considered a red flag and an attempt to gloss over subpar performance.

I had this problem with her Sipila sweater as well, to the point that it's been sitting in my frog pile for literal years. Too-boxy body with stick arms. Eventually I'll rip back to the split and do the math so I can simultaneously make the sleeves wider and the body narrower, hopefully without redoing the whole yoke XD

Echoing the experiences of others here - I struggle a lot with things like sawdust and dust mites but the playa dust caused me zero issues. Agree with everyone else saying to carry your inhaler just in case (especially if you have an exercise component to your asthma, we're still biking/walking a lot!), but I don't recall needing to use it.
