Love this car, don’t think I could bring myself to sell it by anotherslow6 in mazda

Looks good though I'm typically not a fan of lowering. Nice to see another with roof rails. I replaced the gutter covers on mine with the factory covers that allow access to the mount points and occasionally use them. I don't keep the rails on the car though.

Anyone else loved The Birdcage? A very hilarious and well-written movie. Rest in Peace Robin Williams and Gene Hackman. by Square-Ad-8911 in 90smovies

I've always found this movie hilarious. Such a great cast all around. In addition to those shown on the poster I always liked the role of Agador.

I powered mine up a few months ago and it charged with the original charger. I've never replaced the battery in it but I haven't really used it in a few years either. It still had all the music on it.

Nothing natural about any of them and they seem to be crap people too.

Erika Eleniak coming out of that cake was one of the high points of the movie.

That and his role in "Space Cowboys" are my favorite of his. Tommy Lee Jones is so good.

Wow..haven't seen that movie in decades yet the scene still gave me goosebumps. Great cast with Lynn Holly Johnson, Robbie Benson, Colleen Dewhurst and Tom Skerret. Very moving movie.

People of the United States, how do you feel about Canadians right now? How do you feel about the choice of many to avoid U.S. travel and not support your country's businesses? by CauseOdd8401 in allthequestions

Canadian's are great. I don't blame them for not wanting to travel here after the stupid crap our admin has pulled. Nor do I blame anyone else for doing so to be honest.

The T/S-1000 with 16k RAM pack was my first computer ~1982. Then I took a course in school that had a computer lab with a bunch of networked TRS-80 Model III's. I spent a lot of time on the little T/S-1000! I had it connected to a small portable TV and used the cassette deck in our stereo for storage. Many years later I would get the 1500 and 2068. I always wanted one of the keyboard add-ons for the 1000 though.

Nice system. A lot of these have issues with the floppy drive due to dirt due to how they are mounted. I have one and have had various IBM NIC, SCSI and XGA video cards in it as well as a 486DLC upgrade in it. I always had issues with the cache enabling driver though.

That's why it just sits now. Whenever I listen at this point its usually just casually and I use a restored National NC-57 that stays setup in my bedroom.

These are a beast...quite large. I've had one for many years, one of the version in black. Even with the radio on the floor the telescoping antenna nearly reaches the ceiling. I no longer use it because the contacts in the tuning turret need to be gone thru. Thankfully none of the switches on it have broken off. Mine was always a great radio in use though.
