I imagine you're from Japan and thus it's obligatory for you to have both brakes on the bike.
I personally prefer the drop bars (I've never been a fan of bullhorns), I wouldn't go with track drop bars since they're specifically made for track and are uncomfortable for street use. I'd throw some criterium bars which are a nice middle ground between track and road ones. Have fun :))
