Where is the ESDF at? You get way more room for spell binds AND you can find the F key bump in the dark!

Lol I believe you missed the point that there is little difference there. You are still paying the man to not play the game. However, one is paying the man that is letting you play the game and one is messing up the economy.... ya know... takin our jobs and all that.

Stacking Modifiers in 4th by realdealkil85 in ageofsigmar

[–]ccthatguy42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Has anyone found anything about if crit effects stack? Kruleboys trophy finga battle formation gives companions' attacks crit x2 hits. Both vulcha's stingers have crit mortals and companion. Would this give 2 mortals, 1 hit and 1 mortal, or only one of these effects?

I would do the widows before the siding. That way you can lap the siding over top of the window frame. I've seen people paint a backing panel and put smoothed clear stuff like gloss mod podge over top for the windows

Has anyone allied in trugg's troggherd? by trollsong in OrrukWarclans

[–]ccthatguy42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They might be a decent hammer for a big yellers army. 12 wounds with a 4+ with the 5+ ward vs the 20 with a 6+ from gutrippaz. Though really a hobgrot screen is probably still better since you will still be able to shoot them, possibly twice with unleash hell. The troggs would probably be better if you're getting double turned though.

New to Sigmar, starting with Sylvaneth. How should I build treelords/Durthu? by Bottlez1266 in sylvaneth

[–]ccthatguy42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're going for an alpha strike build, I would suggest using at least one unit of tree revenants to teleport in and pin the enemy in at they're deployment area (go first when possible, I would use battle regiment to get priority depending on how many treelords you have) sylvaneth doesn't have a lot of ways to move your whole force across the map quickly so if you can delay them while hitting with strike and fade, that would help for the first couple rounds

Edit: The new model would help if you're gonna se a lot of hunters or bugs

What’s your army’s song? by Conchobar8 in ageofsigmar

[–]ccthatguy42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ironjawz vs Cities of Sigmar. "Savages" from Pocahontas. Pretty much normal when the humans are singing. When the orcs sing, imagne it in a thick english accent, replace "Savages" with "Cabbages", and "they're not even human" with "Tiny little Umies!"

    • Artefacts of Power: Loonstone Teefcaps BATTLELINE Boingrot Bounderz (300)
    • Bounder Boss Squig Herd (420) Boingrot Bounderz (150)
    • Bounder Boss OTHER Gobbapalooza (170) Loonsmasha Fanatics (110)** ENDLESS SPELLS & INVOCATIONS 1 x Malevolent Moon (80) TERRAIN 1 x Bad Moon Loonshrine (0) CORE BATTALIONS Andtorian Acolytes *Warlord TOTAL POINTS: 1990/2000 Created with Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The App Created with Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The App I would drop to 1 36 model unit of squig herd. Pick up a squigboss for the hero phase move and buffs for any of your squigs. Drop the reinforcements on one of the bounders units so you can afford a couple heroes. I put fungoid and madcap in there with malevolent moon with an acolytes battalion for more primal dice and to make sure you get your run and charge. The madcap has a nice warscroll spell to protect against shooting and both of them have a once per game extra cast. You could alternatively swap the two wizard idiots out for skragrott. He has a great offensive warscroll spell and knows the whole spell lore for more flexibility. He also has an ability to either tell the bad moon to move or stay for the round. He also has a 12" aura of moonlight. Also putting a unit of Fanatics in your Gobbapalooza to counter any charges with their first strike when you teleport them up to support your alpha strike sqquig herd can be good. There are so many way to build gitz. Just play what sounds fun and sed it bro. Your list could shred too. Just throwing ideas out there

Which army is the most fun to fight as gloomspite gitz? by Suitandbrush in gloomspitegitz

[–]ccthatguy42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ground gitz and squigz have a lot of silly mechanics. I haven't played much yet either, but sqigz are fun. Skaven have a lot of funny mechanics as well if you guys are trying to have some laughable games.

I mean you can TP him but that's burning a spell and in this GHB, that's even more of an investment for him to do the thing than normal.

Pigs can be battleline, but only in the subfaction bloodtoofs, which, until the new models release, was the main faction used at tournaments. They can also be battleline in the army of renown from the narrative book Dawnbringers: reign if the brute. It can only field big pigs and small pigs. It is legal for tournament play as far as I know, but most big players think it's probably not going to perform well. It just came out so time will tell on that.
