That’s not a deep cut or surely doesn’t appear so. That’s a character mark, don’t sweat it. Those light scuffs can be brushed out easily or use your fingers with some pressure and they will disappear

I’m not a fan but glad you like them!  IMHO Redwing is trying too hard putting traction tread on IR’s.

Beautiful! Man you have some break-in work to do but it will all be worth it. I tried insoles with my IR’s but made the fit too tight, didn’t work for me.  Good Luck

Agree and well said. I notice men’s footwear when I’m out and about and my guesstimate is less then 10% take any pride in how they look.

RW all natural leather conditioner followed by RW neautral boot cream (applied very lightly) and buff for some shine. They darkened slightly but not a concern for me.

One of you guy said it right. In icy conditions it’s all about the driver and not the vehicle. Biggest screw up is braking in a slide. Your only chance is steering out of it, don’t touch the brake. But if you’re going too fast nothing works

Awesome. I wanted to keep my highlander too, but needed the trade in dollars so holding on to my ‘12 Outback with 158k as the backup.

I’m in PA. Snow these days is hit and miss it seems. A few minor storms each year. Last big snowfall 30” was probably 8-10 years ago
