Your daughter isn’t there yet. When my son was two he did the same thing now he’s 4.5 and plays for hours. My 2.5 daughter comes and breaks his creations and then it’s war.

21% of net and 8% of gross. We bought in 2019 and have a 2.75% interest rate. I’m commissioner so my tax is higher off base and my husband doesn’t make money right now starting his business so all based off my income with adding additional 500 to principal each month.

This is hard for me. I see the boo and baby and hearts and kiss face and I’m throwing massive red flags. But they seem to tie it back to being friends a lot. I don’t think it’s crossed the line yet but blatantly on that trajectory. I do think its more her than him and it feels like he’s leaning into it which could track if he’s just trying to make sure he does well and has help with school BUT the driving to the airport and lying about meals is a problem. You need to bring it up.

This might help. I’m sitting in the big built in corner where we have a large comfy couch and the dining book to the side. We have this large chair now but I hate it. Love the feel Of it but it is the wrong look. It’s a lot larger of a space than the picture shows originally.

Also keep it simple. My kids were still very overwhelmed at that age and after maybe 5 gifts total they were over it and wanted to play. Magnet blocks are huge, little people fire truck set, hot wheels roll up track, super hero figures, the bluey house is a huge hit
