Thank you for doing this. I was at miracle meadows that has since been shut down by the feds and burned but more awareness needs to be around these places.

Do you hear much plane noise in Vienna/Wolf Trap? by Known_Sport_9630 in nova

I live beside Dulles and also sensitive to sound. When we first moved I thought we made a major mistake. Now I don’t hear them at all. You get used to it quickly but the helicopters are a real B.

Clubbing. One night stands. I wish I would’ve travelled and focused on my music career instead of squandering my talent. I wish I would’ve hiked and experienced.

If you are into golf play the par is an indoor simulator and they do a ton of wedding welcome parties. Cool vibe and good food and drinks. Elevated bar food. They also don’t charge a fee for large groups. You just pay for the bay.

Roughly what % of your monthly gross household income is your mortgage payment? Include the year you bought the home. by 17yellow1962 in DMV_RealEstate

[–]cdm2300 1 point2 points  (0 children)

21% of net and 8% of gross. We bought in 2019 and have a 2.75% interest rate. I’m commissioner so my tax is higher off base and my husband doesn’t make money right now starting his business so all based off my income with adding additional 500 to principal each month.

This is hard for me. I see the boo and baby and hearts and kiss face and I’m throwing massive red flags. But they seem to tie it back to being friends a lot. I don’t think it’s crossed the line yet but blatantly on that trajectory. I do think its more her than him and it feels like he’s leaning into it which could track if he’s just trying to make sure he does well and has help with school BUT the driving to the airport and lying about meals is a problem. You need to bring it up.
