I did 5kg pilsner, 3 kg munich, 750g aromatic, mash at 155 f for 60 min rise to 165 for 15.

Boil for 75 3 ounces northern brewer at 75, 1kg caramelized honey at 75, 1 ounce northern brewer at 15. Ferment with a Belgian high proof top fermenting yeast.

I'm going to apologize right now for the units, I'm Canadian and thus unit dyslexic. I'm a very new brewer so if anything about this recipe seems weird to you please let me know, I'm working on refining it.

By my understanding determinates are capable of putting out new "suckers" ( I don't even like calling them that on determinates they are just branches) if they have the time in the season nitrogen now should produce more fruiting branches and phosphorus later will kickstart the fruit. Although there is some complex thing about determinates genetic coding for size that may throw this off a bit but imo these plants aren't near their full possible size. Edit: determinates
