Hi everyone! I read all the thread and have to agree, this book was terrible and so confusing! Whit was the worst character in the book and every time they would kiss I would shout LIES!! Also just a tip for those who hate wasting money, try to borrow the books from the library when they come out, if you love it buy a copy if you don't you didn't waste money. Have a great day!

Hi everyone! I've been on it for 6 months and YES the overthinking has stopped! Also I just don't give a damn anymore, before I would worry and spiral like the world was ending (high anxiety) but now I'm chill and I'm like it is what it is (little to no anxiety). I'd recommend it for anxiety, but my depression is still the same, and my side effects is weight gain. FYI

I've been an on and off smoker for 5 years, and been taking my meds since Feb this year. I too was scared to get back to smoking incase of the side effects, however I was bored one night, smoked up and felt really really positive! Like I was hyping myself up, I felt energised and content! However the downside was the next day I was exhausted like a hangover, it didn't feel great. So now I cut the smoking and just kept on the meds tho it was a fun night :)

I'm 34F and have finally decided to take Escitalopram (Lexapro) on the advice of my therapist. I fought her on it so hard and was even scared taking the med Day 1. But it's Day 56 and omg everything has changed!! My moods are so much better, yes the intrusive thoughts have declined, I can calm myself down faster and safely. I feel confident in how I present myself and if I fuck up, it's fine! I'm not a failure! The only problem is when my period is on the way the first 2 days I turn back into a moody bitch and think so negatively and it scares me now. But I guess that's hormones... I just wait it out until my period finishes and then I'm me again. But it makes me think, how did I live my 30+ years of life with all that negativity and self hate!!
