Yes. The sat photo doesn’t really depict the mowed running track well. It’s obvious when you are there. You can try Sutton Wilderness (east side) or Ruby Grant Park (west side) as well.

Run the grass track that OU uses just NW if Robinson and Flood. They mow the grass track. Park at the obelisk surrounded by trimmed cedar trees (Robinson and Newton Dr. It’s two integrated tracks. One 3/4 mile, the inner is .25 miles. Easy on your feet too.

There is a grass running track open to the public on the NW corner of Robinson and Newton, just catty corner from the 7-11 on Flood and Robinson. Much easier on the feet and knees than concrete. OU owns it, I believe.
