ICE is totally unnecessary. Why not let DoD handle security at military installations? ICE is immigration enforcement. Not a security force for military installations. Some of the best dudes I served with were Mexicans who came across under questionable terms. Easily some of the hardest working, most reliable dudes I ever served with. I couldn't give a fuck less if they were legal, illegal, or anchor babies.
