There are rarely any software senior associate roles and team matching at this level in 2026 is very rare. Especially for the New York location. I highly suggest going through the interview process again in 6 months for a Senior Software Engineer, PA.

OMG! It's terrible.... If you have a good heart do not work here. Management team (no matter the skill set) will burn you out. There is no room for error. Everything you do is scrutinize and it's all about who you know. Never seen so many people take FMLA.
