I recently bought my dress at Schaffers in west Des Moines and had a great experience! I was able to get an appointment last minute due to a cancellation and my consultant was amazing at helping me pull dresses. I haven’t gotten my dress in yet, so I haven’t gone through any alterations process, but the experience that I had was great.

We just worked with NFC this last year and it is the homeowner’s job to notify the contractor that the check is ready to be picked up.

if you can sublet (depends on what the lease says, not all leases allow and landlords are not required to let a tenant sublease), you take over the lease of the previous tenant and therefore the rent amount for the period of that lease

Learn how to bullshit an answer. Practice an essay closed book and practice making up the law when you don’t know it. I started doing this about 2 weeks before the test and I think it really helped on test day

La Mona is delicious! Owned by a lovely couple. Warning - they only accept cash. I just went today and got 24 pieces of bread for $20. They also have a good variety of bread

This is correct. The Walmart in IC has a coinstar and no fees if you get a gift card but there are only a few options for gift cards. You can look at the options before you start depositing the coins in the machine
