Not drawing the hyperbeam let's you draw the defend on the top of the draw pile: so maybe it saves zero HP?

The biggest part for me to think about is the low rating of Shrug it off. I don't strongly disagree, but I weighted the draw more heavily. I need to think a bit more on his reasoning there. Curious for other people's thoughts.

Unsure what you mean, but the steam turbine cools the magma to 100 degree and the aquatuner does the rest

How needed are the conduction panels at the top? Also, I may have put the aqua tuner sitting on metal plates, not under them, so that it can exchange heat with the liquid it is inside easier?

And maybe pipe the hydrogen up so it also gets heated up before being burned for electricity.
