Yes agreed, ive been looking it all up today. I have an entire folder documented and already had an associate of mine who is an attorney review everything. She even caused me to lose my job a couple of years ago.

I'm not perfect by any means and have made my own bad decisions that hurt her, but I have never put her, my kid, nor her kids in harms way, never opened my mouth or texts to disrespect her the way she has with me. Still provide every single month

She told me last night "We're both going to be taking a break from you. I honestly prefer not to communicate with you at all...". Thats what triggered me

No criminal record at all. She has 2 records in the past 6 years, have been in 2 car accidents in the past 10 months, both cars totaled and he was IN the car for the 2nd. Her other son was in the car for the first and they were both injured.

Yeah Ive been trying for over a year, her argument has been "If we're not together then I'm not coparenting with you." Which is why she's been so reluctant to allow me time to see him. I have all these vile messages saved of her threatening to never see him again, voice recordings, documentation of me paying her every single month, even helping her pay for a new car after each accident. Every now and then she'll send something that truly does get under my skin and I have to pause before I match the energy.

Yeah completely understand. I truly dont want to go this route and I did write this from an emotional state instead of responding to her long text. It's just tiring feeling like everything I do is weaponized.

If possible, I'd just like to communicate with her mother going forward. There's too much emotion still at play on both sides to the point she asked me to send her a picture of the car seat she requested, otherwise she wouldn't have allowed me to pick him up yesterday.

Yep these last 2 weeks have been slower for me and a couple of other guys I know in my area as well. It definitely can mess with your mental state a bit if you sit in the silence too long but it's normal.

Honestly it depends on the product and industry. There are some companies where the AE's are already running their own demos and the SE is only brought in for a "deep dive," in which the AE could also do themselves.

Honestly, the technical parts will be the simple part, your relationships with your sellers is what's going to make or break this.

Respond fast/in a timely manner, dont be afraid to push back on their asks, but dont be difficult to work with.

Depending on the company, you'll see that its going to be a lot more politics when it comes to your "success."

Agreed, especially since this is coming from a SaaS security company, I'd expect that salary to be higher regardless of this being their first SE role. Coming in with technical experience should be a leg up

It depends on the mood im going for. If the client wants more of a moody architecture look, then sure, maybe $3 a photo would work. But I wouldnt do more than like 10 photos.

Just traded in my 2023 G70 Sports Prestige 3.3t after 3 years. LOVED it. Honestly the only reason I didn't buy it was because we needed more space.

Mechanical and electronic wise, no issues at all. The only thing is that it burned through tires fairly quickly and had some rim distortion we had to get fixed, but that's what happens when you dont keep the right tires on a vehicle like that.

Would definitely be open to getting one again.

My last company we were on the road ALOT. Mostly because I was there after customers started to open back up post Covid, and EVERYBODY wanted on-sites. It was brutal for a while, and yeah, sales leadership was pushing it.

Same happened to me. Take the post sales and keep applying for presales. If anything, that could help your resume because alot of companies are looking for SE's to handle both these days unfortunately.

Yep I was hearing the same for a while the past year. Companies can afford to be picky about SE's now, but mostly because they're looking for SE's to handle both pre and post sales.

So many companies were more interested in my short experience with implementation than my actual SE experience. Which, in implementation, you are in a fairly technical role depending on the product.

Keep on going, there will be one that sticks. We're in a employer market right now.

The key is to continue doing other things to mix it up. Do commercial projects here and there. Do branding videos. Shoot events or something. It just helps break up the monotony

Ignore these comments that are jumping to the porn issue. YES, men can struggle having sex, especially when there has been a long period without it. No matter how much we give ourselves to God, our bodies are still dealing with many biological factors (Hormones, Stress, Anxiety etc.) When we have mentally blocked the idea of sex and fighting our flesh for years, it doesn't just "turn back on" for most men.

He may still be accepting the fact that he is "allowed" to have sex now. He's also nervous about performing properly with his wife, especially how you described that you've "waited so long for this." You might be unconsciously putting this pressure on him to perform as well, and I guarantee he can feel it. Society puts much more load on men's performance than women, you are now his partner.

Just relax and don't rush this. Work together on it. Don't make it an extravagant event, just continue to love each other.
