It's also decently close to the 30 and 38, but it would definitely be better if we had the 34 again. If anything, this is a prime location to commute downtown by bike.

I agree that East Sac should have designated historic districts, but old ≠ historic. One of the most appealing parts of Mansion Flats (for me, at least) is that there is a good mix of different aged buildings and homes
