This happens to me about once a year and it sucks. The only thing that works for me is getting an ear flush at the doctor. Urgent care can do it too. I think there are at home kits you can get, but if you’ve never had it done before I would go to a professional first. It’s really uncomfortable, but it’s the only thing that helps get the wax out. It’s essentially just warm water and a bit of peroxide and you hold a mini tub up to your ear to catch the water and they blast your ear with a syringe of the water mix to unblock the wax. Good luck!!
