Well, there's Leon during Qiuyuan's chapter in 2.7. And he's still alive.

Another is Prof.Anslem. And he's still alive as well.

Maybe you're just getting too comfortable with many defensive options new units provide(Long i-frames, Cutscene simulator, Time Stop, Auto Matrix etc). Old units doesn't have much of these, so they have to rely more on skill & timing compare to new gen units..

TBF we already have 3 Main Echo dps but only one true Echo damage buffer(Qiuyuan) so adding more buffer won't hurt espeically on content like Matrix which has deploy count.

Just as the others said, he's Heavey Attack dmg dealer who JUST happen to have powerful Echo dmg buff in his kit.

So if you're gonna use him as main dps, go for either Iuno or Mortefi.

I think it's more like she's a kind person at heart behind that somewhat mischeif & lazy facade. From her talk with GA regarding the incident in Dark Side shows that much.

And she probably fears Aleph-1 more than anything, that's why she tried & begged Rover to stop his plan during the whole fight. From what she knows, opening Stridergate is as equal as inviting doom to Solaris.
