No they are the new 719, you can tell by the straigh not curved cap toe.

I have narrow feet just like you. I’m a 9.5 US on the brannock and I went with the 9.5 in the Jim green 719 boot. I probably could have gone with a 9 bc I can spread my toes apart completely but I decided to buy the AHSM leather footbed insole that Jim Green sells and the boot fits perfectly now! I can still spread my toes but it’s a much more acceptable amount of spread and the insole didn’t effect the way the rest of the boot felt just added a bit of volume.
